The Ad Injector Platform integrates Ando Media's Patent Pending Ad Injection and Ad Detection capabilities with Webcast Metrics Real Time Audience Measurement providing broadcasters the opportunity to insert, detect, and measure Internet ad impressions.

The Ad Injector works via a lightweight service installed between the broadcaster's automtation system and the media encoder. A web portal accessible from anywhere on the Internet is used for ad scheduling and program replacement.

Using standard broadcast traffic methods broadcasters load and configure ads for ad insertion through the Ad Injector Portal.

Broadcasters then trigger ad replacement through their automation system which communicates with Ad Injector.  Based on the various ad configuration patterns, the appropriate ad is injected for ad play.

Ad play triggers interaction with Webcast Metrics to determine audience size at the time of ad play.

Advertising may take many forms for an internet radio stations including a Gateway or Preroll Ad, In-stream Ad or a Synched Banner (which combines and In-stream audio ad with a banner displayed on the player).  A synched banner campaign can achieve higher click rates and be attractive to advertisers.

    Ad Injector's geographic targeting capabilities enable advertisers to target their campaigns to an audience in any combination of the following :
