Robert J. Maccini, COO

Mr. Maccini oversees the operations of Ando Media managing all business aspects.

Mr. Maccini is a stockholder and Director of Aritaur Communications, Inc. which owns and operates WMVY-FM, Martha's Vineyard, mvyradio.com, LLC (an Internet Radio station), Martha's Vineyard Online (www.mvol.com) an information portal for Martha's Vineyard, Fairfield County Online, LLC (www.fcol.com) an information portal for Fairfield County Connecticut.

As a director of Media Services Group, Inc., he oversees a staff which provides valuation, consulting, brokerage, and financing services to the broadcasting, tower and cable television industries. For the past nine years Media Services Group has sold more radio stations every year than any other firm.

During the course of his career he has also built and sold two telecommunication tower companies, Tower Ventures, LLC which was sold to American Tower Corporation during 2000 and Tower Ventures II, LLC which was sold to National Grid in 2004.

Mr. Maccini formerly was the head of a communications lending group at a large Federal Savings Bank, where he oversaw the bank's lending activities in the radio, television, cable television, newspaper, outdoor, programming, and paging industries.

He is a Director of Saga Communications, Inc., a publicly traded broadcasting company (symbol SGA on NYSE) which owns over 60 stations in the US. Mr. Maccini also owns other minority interests in various broadcasting companies.

Mr. Maccini holds a BA degree in Economics from Holy Cross and an MBA degree in Finance from Babson College.
Jordan Mendell, CTO and Founder
Jordan Mendell is Ando's founder and chief technology officer, responsible for managing all the engineering and technology resources. His expertise in managing information systems allows Ando to engineer and develop cutting-edge technologies that lead the industry and serve a multitude of clients. Jordan has managed development projects for industry leading companies in the Digital Media space including AT&T (Comcast), NBC, and CBS.
Jordan founded AlinQ Broadcast Services in 1998 and successfully steered the company to acquisition by Liquid Compass, LLC in 2002.

Tim Shay, Chief Software Architect
Tim started his professional career in the U.S. Air Force – first as an Air Traffic Controller, then as a Computer Programmer/Supervisor for the Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff - a multi-force strategy planning group for large-scale military actions.  After leaving the Air Force, Tim was employed by Food Lion, LLC in positions ranging from Programmer to Systems Analyst to Applications Environment and Standards Architect.  Now with Ando Media, Tim is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the WebCast Metrics databases and the applications that interact with them.

While in the military, he earned degrees in Airway Science and Computer Science.
Paul Krasinski, EVP/General Manager
Mr. Krasinksi is involved in all facets of business development for Ando including new clients and strategic relationships.

Mr. Krasinski has been partnering with organizations to aid them in the evaluation and execution of strategic growth and development opportunities. He has worked with venture capital funds, startups, advertising agencies and financial services organizations.

Most recently, as VP, General Manager of Westwood One and Director of the Digital Media & Interactive Division at Greater Media, Paul successfully designed and launched a wide range of integrated media solutions: including both traditional and new media elements.

Prior to his experiences in the media and advertising segment, Paul was instrumental in the launch of an angel-backed Silicon Alley incubator. Krasinski was then VP, Business Development for a customer relationship management (CRM) software provider.

Paul holds an A.B Honors in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Krasinski lives in Boston with his wife, Ashley.


Andrew Lanoix, Director of Product Management
Mr. Lanoix is responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle at Ando Media, from market research, planning, development and roadmaps to messaging, positioning and launch. Andrew worked at EMC in the software product marketing organization, developing competitive strategies for new and existing storage products. Prior to EMC, he worked at Softricity in roles including product management and technical consulting to the Fortune 1000. Softricity was a software startup that pioneered application virtualization and was acquired by Microsoft. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at Compaq and the Software Systems Research Laboratory at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Lanoix holds an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the Boston University Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
Lori Jones, Lead Product Manager
Having spent her entire adult life testing cutting-edge software specifically for broadcast applications; Lori brings a unique perspective to the Ando Media family.  For nearly 10 years, Lori aided Broadcast Electronics in its endeavor to produce quality products such as the Broadcast Electronics AudioVAULT software suite.  During her time at Broadcast Electronics she worked closely with high visibility customers such as CBS Radio, ABC Radio, and Entercom.

Lori is a 1997 graduate of Quincy University where she double-majored in Computer Science and Accounting.
Ryan Jones, Director of Client Services
Ryan has developed his knowledge of information systems over the last 10 years in diverse positions from Medical to Media. Early in his career he established himself as one of the top technicians for a Medical Software company by managing support, product development and testing. He was instrumental in positioning AZCOMP Technologies as a leader in the medical software space; during his tenure the company's profit margin tripled.

In 2002, he founded the computer consulting firm Protégé Networks and successfully steered the company to acquisition by Clarity Technical Services in 2005. Ryan was most recently the IT director for Bonneville Communications overseeing all Information Systems & Technology.
Alfred Comini, Terrestrial Groups Product Manager
Prior to joining Ando Media, Mr. Comini founded the content delivery network ArcoStream in 2002 and steered the company to acquisition in 2006. In the online radio and streaming space, Mr. Comini has worked with companies such as VStream, Raindance Communications, AccuMedia, and AlinQ Broadcast Services. His knowledge of the streaming space is vast and he has managed live broadcasts and various on demand video/audio projects media entities such as CBS, ABC, ESPN and MTV Networks.

Al attended Denison University and Middle Tennessee State University, has a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Carol Hess (Webby), VP Internet Radio
The 30+ year professional career of Carol Hess (aka Webby) has consisted mainly of consulting to mult-national corporations in software development on mainframes, clustered and distributed systems, and for the last ten years, exclusively on the internet. Designing complex databased web applications, Webby has been named as inventor on a patent for leading edge search techology during her five years dedicated to internet radio presentation and tracking applications as CTO of radioio.com, the first internet radio station to "go public" (ioWorldMedia, inc.)

Webby owned the first chat room on the internet to provide a live "radio" stream to chatters in 1996, and has extensive experience in "on location" live event webcasting. She also was the music director and host of radioio's acoustic music channel for over four years as Zoe Montana.

She graduated from Arizona State with a degree in broadcasting.
Edward Zaleski, VP Software Engineering
Ed has more than 15 years development experience from many diverse industries. Much of his time has been spent performance testing and tuning large transactional systems. In doing so, he has acquired a very unique development skill-set as well as a strong discipline for architecting and developing large-scale backend systems.
In his spare time, Ed started www.oddsock.org, a website created solely for the purpose of distributing his fine set of free internet broadcasting tools. Many of these tools are used throughout the internet radio industry by both small and large organizations.

Ed also participated as maintainer and coordinator of the icecast project, one of the most widely adopted free streaming media servers available. He was responsible for the Windows version of icecast as well as designed, implemented, and rolled-out the icecast streaming directory which is still very active today.

He earned his degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan.
Patrick Couch, Director Campaign Management
Patrick manages Ando’s relationship with Katz Net Radio Sales and other advertising platforms.  Prior to joining Ando, Patrick started his career in the U.S. Army working with the Armed Forced Radio and Television Service as a broadcast engineer.  While serving his country he gravitated towards radio automation systems doing installations for stations in Italy and Korea. 

In 1996 Patrick left the Army for Quincy, Illinois the home of Broadcast Electronics to support AudioVAULT radio automation system.

Greater Media Philadelphia has been the most recent home where Patrick started in 1999 as the IT Manager building the organizations business and radio IT infrastructure.  As the Internet became more prevalent future for radio, Patrick was then asked in 2006 to move into the role of Interactive Technology Manager.  In this role Patrick implemented Greater Media Philadelphia’s interactive efforts for their brands, enabling the company to promote and monetize the stations interactive efforts.
